VISION AND MISSION OF THE (RCTW)

The vision and mission of the Erciyes University Research Centre of the Turkish World (RCTW) are as follows;

a)      To make scientific searches about the common bonds and interests between Turkey and newly independent Turkic republics of former USSR and every country where people, those who feel themselves as Turks, live,

b)      To make works and arrange activities in order to obtain strong and permanent friendship and co-operation between Turkey and other Turkish countries and communities,

c)      To supplement for providing qualified personnel from different branches for the need of Turkish world,

d)      To set up chairs regarding to all Turkish world such as Azerbaijan, Western Turkistan (Turkmenistan, Kirhgizia, Kazakhistan, Uzbekhistan, Tachikistan), Eastern Turkistan (Uighurs), the Turks of Cyprus, Caucasian Turks (Kumuks, Karaçay, Balkar, Nogay, Kundur, Meskets, Avar), Middle Eastern Turks (Iraq, Syria, Iran), Balkan Turks (Former Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldavia), Turks of Idil-Ural (Tatar, Bashkirt, Chuvash, Crimean Tatars, Karaims), Siberian Turks (Yakuts, Tuvas, Hakas, Altai, Gorno Altay, Shors, Dolgans). And also to arrange research groups and train researchers, and employ them for the related issues and areas,

e)      To hold national and international congresses and symposia in order to find out moral, social and cultural values which bind Turkish world, and to provide scientific solutions for all kind of questions of the related countries and communities,

f)        To become as supervising centre for the exchanging of students between Turkey and Turkish world,

g)      To publish all kind of publications regarding to aims determined above,

h)      To provide all kind of related publications to the Centre,

i)        To make co-operations with organisations related to the Turkish world regarding to the aims of the Centre,

j)        To make other works regarding to the aims and rules of the High Education,
